Work Details:
• Practice Setting: clinic
• EMR/Charting Software: tbd
• Avg. Daily Census: clinic, located onsite for approx. 218 people (low census!) in the manufacturing facility of our client.
• Patient Age Group: adult
• Procedures: Primary Care: provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to factory
employees, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions,
conducting physical exams, and ensuring employees' overall well-being.
Urgent Care: respond promptly to urgent medical cases, accidents, and injuries
on-site. Administer immediate care and determine the need for further treatment or hospital referrals.
Prescribing medications: assess patient conditions and prescribe appropriate
medications following established guidelines and formulary. Monitor medication management and educate patients on proper usage. Employee relationship building: establish and maintain positive relationships with factory employees, promoting trust and a comfortable healthcare environment. Act as a resource for health-related inquiries and concerns. Health promotion: conduct health education sessions and wellness programs to improve the overall health and well-being of employees. Address preventive care and lifestyle management.
