Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner Needed in IN - Will License

Job description

- Facility Type: Employee Health Clinic

- Practice Setting: Outpatient

- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM-4:30PM

- EMR/Charting Software: SYSTOC & EPIC

- Avg. Daily Census: 15 patients per day

- Patient Age Group: Ages 16+

- Procedures: laceration care (suture/staple/adhesive), splinting/fracture care, FB removal of the eye, eye fluorescein staining and evaluation/treatment of ocular injuries/emergencies.
