· 24-hour. 14 shifts per block.
· Reason for opening: New Program
· NICU Level: III
· Setting: Hospital
· EMR: EPIC
· Total Deliveries (monthly): 360; Hospitalists: 39; PPD: 10
• Non-delivery Estimated Patient Encounters: 263
• MFM on-site: No; In-house ANES: Yes.

ROLE:
· Psychiatric consultations – located in Emergency Room, Medical/Surgical inpatient hospital floors, or the CCU.
· Clinical Care – boarding patients, ITA, Communication relating to ITA matters, filling petitions, and providing testimony of care.
· Additional description of duties (upon request).

REQUIRED:
• WA state license; active, unrestricted.
• Minimum 25 GYN cases in past 12 months; 100 deliveries in last 24 months.
• DEA
• Malpractice – clean (preferred)
• Available (at time of name clear)
• Board Eligible (within 2-5 years post-training); Board Certified – Obstetrics & Gynecology
NAME CLEAR/PRESENT WITH:
• Delivery volume over the last 2 years.
• NPDB self-inquiry report: The NPDB - Home Page (Sign up or sign in for contact information) + explanations (if applicable).
• Updated CC (with MM/YY; all gaps over 30-days explained)
• 4+ shifts per month of availability (weekdays + weekends).

COMPENSATION:
• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

• Travel is included: air, rental car, or mileage if driving. The facility also has call rooms available.
