SPECIALTY: OBSTETRICS & GYNECOLOGY
LOCATION: UTAH
JOB TYPE: LOCUM TENENS
JOB NUMBER: 47072

LOCUM POSITION DETAILS #47072 – open until filled.
Assignment: 8 shifts per month. The call includes 2 sites.
24-hour call with 4 hours gratis (7a-7a)
Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, Call, Emergency Room, Clinic Trauma Level III
Required Procedures/Job Duties: General OB/GYN procedures & job duties. Candidates will need to see patients in clinic, provide deliveries and procedures in the hospital, and group call coverage.
EMR: Epic

Additional Details / Questions Answered by Facility:
• Census/patient population: Adult, Adolescent, Geriatric


REQUIRED:
• UT state license; active, unrestricted.
• Board certified - OBGYN.
• DEA, BLS.
• Minimum 100 deliveries in the past 24 months.


COMPENSATION:
• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
