Facility in Williston, ND seeking lucrative ObGyn locums coverage Rates: $3000/24 hours to include 4 hour gratis. $325/hr after 4 hours Specialty: OB/GYN Position: Locum Tenens Start Date: October 6, 2024 Assignment Duration: See dates of coverage below Position Overview: Facility is seeking two Board Certified OB/GYN physicians to provide inpatient coverage, including surgeries, at their facility. The position involves 24-hour on-call duties with a focus on surgical procedures such as vaginal deliveries, C-sections, hysterectomies, tubals, bladder repairs, and D&C's. Responsibilities: Dates of Coverage: October 6-11 (7am-7am) October 25-29 (7am-7am) December 9-13 (7am-7am) Daily Duties: On-call 24 hours a day, including rounding on patients, attending deliveries, and responding to urgent cases in the ER. Perform surgeries including vaginal deliveries, C-sections, hysterectomies, tubals, bladder repairs, and D&C's. Expected to handle 1-3 admissions per day. Collaborate with Dr. Teuma, Family Practice with OB. Patient Load: 50-60 deliveries per month. Required Procedures: Vaginal deliveries, C-sections, hysterectomies, tubals, bladder repair, D&C's. Support Staff: Collaboration with Dr. Teuma, Family Practice with OB. Qualifications: Certification: Board Certified OB/GYN - Required. BLS, DEA, NRP - Required. Licensing: Active North Dakota State License or IMLC with LOQ in hand - Required. Experience with Systems: Experience with Meditech, Dragon, PACs, eRx - Dr. First, and Imprivata Tap and Go is beneficial. Other Requirements: Clean malpractice history preferred.
