DESCRIPTION: Start Date: Nov 27, 2023 – ongoing (looking for 50% coverage per month)

· Setting: Clinic, After Hours Call, Labor and Delivery, Gynecologic surgery, City Call, CNM Back Up.
· Required Procedures: All standard gynecologic procedures in a clinic and hospital setting.
· Support Staff: Front Desk and Clinical Support Staff, including ultrasound on-site.
· Average clinic patience per day: 10-20
· Average delivery: less than 1 delivery/surgery per day
· EMR: EPIC

REQUIRED:
• Board Certified
• NRP, ACL/BLS, DEA
• Active DE license -or- IMLC license (with LOQ in hand)
• Malpractice provided.
• Seeking clean malpractice record.
• Credentialing info needed: Clinic, Hospital, gynecologic and obstetric privilege information.
• Multi-site privileging: Yes, CHI Health St Francis Hospital

COMPENSATION:
• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Rates: Hourly, 24-Hour call (include 4 hours gratis), Night call (include 2.5 hours gratis), Call Back
• Malpractice insurance provided.
• Clean Malpractice preferred.

SCHEDULE:
· Call is usually 24 hours, switches over at 7am.
· Weekend Call would be Friday - Monday at 7 or 8a.
· Clinic full days are typically. 9a first patient and 4:30 last patient - out by 5
• 1/2-day clinics either 9a-12p or 1p-5p.
• 20 contact hours in clinic (three 1/2 days - one full day)
· Surgery days set: Monday AM + Friday AM.
