• Annual Delivery Volume: 1200.
• Expected patients per day: 10-20.
• MFM on-site: Yes; In-house ANES: Yes (on-call, all night).

REQUIRED:
• State license; active, unrestricted
• Board Certified Obstetrics & Gynecology; Board Eligible (2-5 years post training).
• DEA

NC/PRES with:
• Delivery volume over the last 2 years.
• NPDB self-inquiry report: The NPDB - Home Page (Sign up or sign in for contact information) + explanations (if applicable).
• Updated CC (with MM/YY; all gaps over 30-days explained)
• 8+ shifts per month of availability (weekdays + weekends).


COMPENSATION:
• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.

SCHEDULE:
• Start by July 2024.
• 24-hour. 8 shifts per block.
