Specialty: Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN)

Start Date: September 5, 2024

Contract Length: 1 week with potential extension in 2025

Shift Details:

Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM (24-hour beeper call)
Schedule: September 5, 2024, 7:00 AM to September 9, 2024, 7:00 AM
Work Details:

Deliveries per Shift: 0-1
Average Callbacks per Shift: 0-2
Department Description: OB locums are also expected to provide coverage for Nurse Midwives if needed
Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Cerner
Hospital Bed Size: 99 beds
Practice Setting: Hospital

Requirements:

Board Certification: Must be Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in OB/GYN
License: Arizona (AZ) license required or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
DEA: Required
CSR: Not required
Minimum Experience: 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days.
