Locum Tenens CNM Needed at CNM-Led Birth Center and Hospital Practice

Geneva Woods Midwifery is a multi-specialty practice, with CNMs providing full-scope maternity, menopause, and GYN care, and with other provider types including Pelvic floor PTs, a RD providing nutrition counseling, IBCLCs providing lactation care, and an LPC providing counseling and somatic trauma therapies. Alaska is a state in which CNMs can practice independently, but we also work with an OB-GYN back-up group to have hospital admitting privileges in the two major Anchorage hospitals. This is a unique opportunity to spend 3-4 months, or longer, in a unique, collaborative, multi-disciplinary practice that features long visits with clients and a low enough patient census to make 10 monthly call shifts very do-able, with many nightly call shifts being spent in your own bed. Office clinic schedule is approximately 12-15 hours per week, combined with 24-hr call shifts.
