Job description

Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Start Date: ASAP- ongoing
Shift Details: 8a-5p - no call
Schedule: 3 days per week
Scope of work required- Acute Injury cases – TBI’s, Spinal, Pain Management, Stroke, Epilepsy, etc..anything that is sustained or aggravated due to an injury. (no sleep, no vascular)
Special Procedures: No procedures - Acute Injury cases
Practice Setting: Clinic
Board Certification and NC license required
Credentialing Timeframe: 1 - weeks
