A facility in Jackson, MI is seeking a Neurology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Location: Henry Ford Health-Neurology
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm; Friday: 8am-12pm
Types of Cases: Outpatient office visits for Electromyography (EMG), and botulinum toxin (Botox) if possible
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
Requirements: Board Certification and active Michigan or IMLC license
