Start Date: 10/01/2024
Hospital Privileging Timeline: 60 days (Emergency privileges are an option)
Length of Assignment: One year with the expectation of a full clinic
Patient Facing Hours: 36 hours per week, working with the 40th percentile

Position Details:

Number of Providers: 2
Board Certification/Eligibility: Required
Certifications Required: ALS, BLS
Work Schedule:

Full Time: Monday - Friday
Shift Times: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Minimum Requirement: 1-week minimum block twice a month
Call: No call, no weekends
Main Procedures:

General Neurology with no procedures
No Botox
Neuro Hospitalist rounds of stroke cases
Practice Setting:

Type: Outpatient only
Teaching Responsibilities: Optional
Trauma Level of ED: Level 2
EMR: Cerner
Orientation/Onboarding:

Duration: 1 full day
Format: Half day for HR/EMR, half day for shadowing
