Neurohospitalist needed in Augusta, GA!

Location: Augusta GA
Start Date: 9/2/2024
Dates needing coverage:
Sept 2-8
Oct 14-20, 28-31
Nov 1-3, 11-17, 25-30
Dec 1, 9-15, 23-29
7am-6pm Mon-Fri and then call from hotell 6p-7a Mon-Fri
Call Schedule: M-F from 6p-7a (stroke call included)
Weekend Call: Fri 6pm—Mon 7am (no stroke call as this is handled by tele-stroke on the weekends) physician will round on weekends
MD rounds independently
• # of patients per day: 13-15 per day; 6-7 new consults/day and 6 stroke patients per week
• Skills: Bread and butter Neurology. With EEG required, stroke management required and EMG support being required
• Credentialing timeline: 120 days
