Description/Other Details
• Provide comprehensive outpatient neurological care to patients, managing a variety of neurological conditions.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Epic EMR system.
