Experienced Medical Oncologist Needed in Plymouth, MN

Start Date: ASAP

Shift Details: 8-5pm Inpatient M-F, Weekend Call Nights

Schedule: Monday – Friday (days) and on call (preferred but not a deal breaker)

Work Details:
· Amount of coverage needed per month: 4 – full-time coverage needed
· Patients per day: 30 - 40
· EMR: Epic

· Special procedures: Benign hematology preferred
· Skills required: Medical Oncology and Infusion Coverage required

Practice Setting:
• Hospital
• Infusion Center
• Outpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License required: MH license, IMLC accepted – willing to wait for IMLC or qualify for temp MN license
· DEA: Required
· Certifications required: BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 days
