Opportunity: Dates of coverage:May 15-30 Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 Months- temps available Clinic coverage M-Th 7:30-5:00 & Closed Fri- Weeknight call and weekend call required Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per Day: 24 Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 How Many APPs Provide Coverage? None Will the Locums be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers? No Number of Exam Rooms: 5 Onsite Lab Onsite Ultrasound Office Equipment: #2 GE Voluson E10 & #1 GE Voluson E8/Twin NST Machine Support Staff: 1 Receptionist/1 RN/ 2FT Sonographers/ 1 PT Sonographer/ 1 Genetics Percentage of Practice is Low Risk Pregnancy: 40 Percentage of Practice is High Risk Pregnancy: 30 Percentage of Patients are C-Section: 30 III Nursery level Documentation System/EMR: Epic Trauma Level/Designation:Level II Required Procedures/Skill Sets: Amniocentesis, Fetal Echocardiogram, Genetic Counseling, Specialized Ultrasound, Transvaginal Cerclage, Vaginal Birth, Cesarean Birth, Birth Defects, Genetic Disorders, Pre-Eclampsia, Multiple Pregnancy, Growth Restriction, Chromosomal Abnormalities, Congenital abnormalities, Pre-term Labor, Hypertension,Thrombophilia Compensation: Competitively hourly rates with the weekly pay malpractice
