Facility: A comprehensive healthcare facility that offers a wide range of services, including emergency care, surgical services, and specialized care in areas such as cardiology, orthopedics, and women's health. Opportunity: Clinic coverage M-Th 7:30-5:00 & Closed Fri- Weeknight call and weekend call needed occasionally Nov 11-13 - 7:30a-5p Dec 21 - 31 - 7:30a-5p. Dec 27-29 can be phone coverage. All other dates are needed in person. Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per Day: 24 Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 How Many APPs Provide Coverage? None Will the Locums be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers? No Number of Exam Rooms: 5 Onsite Lab Onsite Ultrasound Documentation System/EMR: Epic Trauma Level/Designation: None@ SJRMC/ Beacon Level II Board Requirements (Board Certified/Board Eligible): AOBOG Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellowship required Certification Requirement : BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS List any Special Certification Requirements for Ultrasound or Imaging: AIUM, NT, Our office also performs Fetal Echocardiograms Required Procedures/Skill Sets: · Amniocentesis · Fetal Echocardiogram · Genetic Counseling · Specialized Ultrasound · Transvaginal Cerclage · Vaginal Birth · Cesarean Birth · Birth Defects · Genetic Disorders · Pre-Eclampsia · Multiple Pregnancy · Growth Restriction · Chromosomal Abnormalities · Congenital abnormalities · Pre-term Labor · Hypertension · Thrombophilia Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 Months.
