Cardiologist Needed in NC

Job description

Location: Asheboro, NC

Must be stationed within 30 minutes of the hospital for call purposes. Inpatient calls. Performs consults upon request. Read Echo and nuclear studies performed in the hospital when covering daytime.

Provides evaluation and management services for cardiac patients with some Echo & nuclear reading. Will need to keep a manual log of all charges.

BLS/ACLS (AHA)

Board Certified

NC Medical License

EMR: Meditech

Start: July
3 months Ongoing

Daytime 7A-5P + on call. Nighttime 5P-7A on call.
Monday – Friday

5PM – 7AM – On-call

7AM – 5PM – inpatient calls/consults, etc.

Credentialing timeline: 60-90 days
