Interventional Cardiologist Locum Needed in IL!

Job description

Location: Shiloh, Illinois
Specialty: Non-Invasive Cardiologist
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing
Shift Details: Friday, 3 PM – Tuesday, 7 AM
Schedule: Inpatient rounding and weekend call

Work Details:
• Support Staff: Group of 8 cardiologists
• Coverage Needed: Weekends only
• Patient Population: Adult
• Department: 100% inpatient
• EMR: EPIC
• Special Procedures: Must be proficient in all aspects of interventional cardiology, including cardiac catheterizations, coronary interventions, EKGs, echocardiograms, STEMI management, and temporary pacemakers

Practice Setting:
• Hospital

Travel Logistics:
• Covered Expenses: Travel and lodging

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Internal Medicine required
• License: Active IL license
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year required

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

• Ongoing Assignment with option to extend!
• Weekends only!
