Location: At the base of the Rocky Mountains, southern Colorado! About 100 miles south of Denver. Facility: Non Profit organization- 350 acute-care beds and provides a full range of healthcare services Opportunity: Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a - 4:30p). No call. No weekends. Patient Population: 95% Adult, 5% PEDS Caseload: 100% outpatient clinic. 100% Endocrine. 0% Internal Medicine. 0% Hospital. Average # of Patients per day: 12-16 Lab Onsite: No X-Ray Onsite: No Ultrasound Onsite: Yes, in clinic Number of Exam Rooms: 6 Total Number of Beds: 350 Total Number of ICU Beds: 48 Level III Trauma Describe office staff: Full clinic staff available, 1 MA, front desk, scheduler, etc. EMR System: EPIC Compensation: Hourly - "Per hour for any hour up to 8 hours per day. 1-hour unpaid lunch included in each shift." Malpractice (included in rates) Orientation - "Per hour of orientation or training" Overtime - "Per hour for any hour beyond 8 hours per day" All corresponding holiday rates. Conversion Fee - $25K cap set out by UCHealth.
