Job description

Location: Albany, Located in the heart of New York’s Capital District, is a medium sized area with an approximate population of 98,000, offering all the amenities of a larger urban area in a beautiful, scenic, and affordable setting. Facility: Acute care community hospital- Providing 442 beds and has more than 900 staff physicians and nearly 6,000 employees. Opportunity: Medical Director will lead a team of five physicians and four advanced practitioners. The practice enjoys access to a tumor boards program, grand rounds, and treats a wide range of cancers including ample access to high quality surgical services; from breast to thoracic to hepatobiliary/pancreatic care. There is strong APP support in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.
