Job description

Internal Medicine (Outpatient)
• FT – flexible on shifts; 4x10s or 5x8s (providers choice)
• Starting Last week of December 2024 or First week of January 2025.
• Call 1-5 or less
• Hospital Setting

Age Range: 18+
Procedures: None
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Board Cert: Board Certified in Internal Medicine
State License: IN
Work Exp: Yes, needs at least 1 year of experience, will consider different levels of experience for the right candidate.

Coverage: Scheduled Full time, 1:4 from Min Jan to March
Schedule Details: Outpatient, Full time, 40 hours/ week, 36 clinic and 4 admin, weekends only if on call.
Willing to license: No
Support staff: Nursing and MA’s in office.
EMR: Meditech Expanse
Vaccines: Preferred, will accept a religious declination
Average Daily Census: 16 – 20 patients/ day
Beds: N/A
Patient Age Group: 18+ Clinic

Start Date: Last week of December 2024 or First week of January 2025.

• On call required
