Fishers' location near Indianapolis provides residents with easy access to the amenities of a major city while still enjoying the benefits of suburban living. Opportunity: * Dates: October 14th – ongoing * This need is for full-time coverage (4 10-hour shifts/week) at three different sites within a 10-mile radius (locations below). * Call needs: every 6-7 weeks on call Monday-Thursday 5pm to 8am then Friday 5pm through Monday 8am * In-office coverage: 15-20 patients per day. * Appt length: Follow up patients: 20 min/new patients: 40 minutes -Monday: 8501 E 56th St., Indianapolis, IN -Tuesday: 8435 Clearvista Place, Indianapolis, IN -Wednesday: 8501 E 56th St., Indianapolis, IN -Thursday: 13121 Olio Rd, Fishers, IN *Licensed in IN or IMLC and must be Board Certified
