EMR: Epic
ICU: Closed
Will accept multiple candidates
Hospital type: Acute
Certifications: BLS & ACLS
Credentialing Notes: No accelerated process, CVO can try and get file completed within 30-45 days. Application request requires an intake form, CV, and photo before application will be released. Application active 30 days.
Orientation Info: Clinicians must complete Epic training and attend (virtually or in person) MEC meeting for a short interview with MEC committee.
Required: Board Certified, IL License, IL DEA, IL COI
