Job description

Ideal Start Date: ASAP or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 6 months with potential to extend
Schedule: Monday – Friday, day shift, 8 am – 5 pm, 40 hours per week
Patient type: all adult patients, no kids
EMR: EPIC
Practice Setting: Urgent Care and Walk-in Medical Centers
 
Active CT license required

• Scheduled + On Call required
• ASAP start or as soon as credentialed
• 6 months with potential to extend
