Certifications Requirements:
• Active license in CA
• ACLS
• BLS

Description/Other Details:
• Conduct thorough medical assessments and evaluations of patients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients based on their medical history, examination results, and diagnostic findings.
• Monitor and manage chronic illnesses such as hypertension, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work, imaging studies, and electrocardiograms.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about preventive measures, medical conditions, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using Epic EMR system.
