Internal Medicine or Family Practice MD Needed in CA

Job description

Location: Roseville

Duration: 3 months with an option to extend

Schedule: Prefers full-time (will consider 4 days per week )

Shift: M-F, 8a-5p

No call

Patient volume: must be comfortable seeing up to 20 ppd once ramped up (after 2 weeks)

Scope: Outpatient primary care
If IM trained 18-100 y.o.
If FP trained MUST be able to see 0-100 y.o.

EMR: Epic (experience required)

Affiliated Hospital: Level I trauma, academic center

Group/support: Full subspeciality support

Requirements (boards, license): Board certified (board eligible if within 2 years of training), CA license, COVID vaccine and booster, must have PCP experience within 12 months

Credentialing timeline: 30-45 days after packet is submitted (able to grant temps if file is clean and complete in 30 days)
