Job description

The current option ends 9/29/24, with 1-year options out to 9/29/27.

Services shall be provided Monday through Friday between the hours of 0700 and 1800. Shifts will normally be scheduled on a flexible basis for an eight and a half (8.5) to thirteen (13) hour period, to include an uncompensated thirty (30) minute to sixty (60) minute meal break, respectively. The time allotted for a meal break shall not be taken at the completion of a scheduled shift. In no instance will the HCW be required to provide services more than eighty (80) hours per two-week period. No call.

Work Schedule: Contract HCW's shall work Monday through Friday, eight hours per day: 0730 to 1630. The Contract HCW will take a 30 or 60-minute lunch break, this constitutes a nonpaid break.

Degree: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.).
Education: Graduate from an accredited medical school in the United States or Canada.
Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine
