Job description

• Setting: Standard Ambulatory Clinic
• Duties: Acute care, Annual Wellness Exams, Follow Up Visits, Surgical Clearances, Hospital and ER Follow Ups, etc., triage calls and after hours with nurses.
• FTE: 1.0
• Required Procedures: Wound care, ear lavages, sutures, cryotherapy
• EMR: Cerner
• Support Staff: Medical Assistant, Front office Assistant, RN
• IM strongly preferred, will consider FM
• 4/10 shift with either Wed or Thurs off
• BC required
• AZ license or IMLC required
• DEA, malpractice, name clear, clean background required
