About the clinician's workday
The clinician will manage an inpatient census of approximately 15 patients per day during day shifts and handle 5-7 admissions per night during night shifts. Experience with ventilators and central lines is required. The hospital uses the EPIC electronic medical record system, and there is one day doctor and one nocturnist working during the night shifts.
Additional job details
- Case load/PPD: 15 ppd for days, 5-7 admissions for nights
- Support staff: 1 day MD & APP, 1 night MD, Pulm/CC MD thru Tele, Cardio & Surg back-up
