Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania often referred to as "Philly," is the largest city in the state and the sixth-most populous city in the United States. Philadelphia is rich in history and culture and played a pivotal role in the American Revolution. It is known for its historical landmarks, vibrant neighborhoods, diverse cultural scene, and strong educational and healthcare institutions. Facility: A healthcare facility with more than 200 inpatient beds, and a host of outpatient services, this hospital has a broad range of specialties to meet patients’ health care needs. Opportunity: Hospitalist group consists of 6 Hospitalists, 2 Nocturnists and 4 Per Diems in addition to midlevel providers. Seeking associates who will complement their culture of collaboration, compassion and professionalism while being an advocate for the patient, as well as serving the needs of the hospital. The candidates seeking full-time employment can expect to work a 7 on 7 off schedule. There is a dedicated employee to rounding 8 hours M-F. The Hospitalist schedule allows for a balance between personal and professional life. Nazareth has a census of 10-14 patients per physician shift. 60% of patients are seen by the Hospitalist and 40% are seen by Private Physicians. Open ICU Not required to do any procedures. There is a team to help with vents. Compensation: Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).
