Hospitalist needed in Lafayette!

Job description

• Must have IN license to present
• Must have IN DEA (or easily transferrable DEA that can remain in IN for duration of assignment)
• Shift: 7a-7p day rounding Hospitalist
• Call Responsibilities: Code Team Call while on shift & Admit Team Call while on shift
• EMR= EPIC
• Patient volume: 16
• Support Staff: Physician Supervisor & Practice Manager
• Procedures MUST be able to perform and show recent case logs: Intubations &
• Central Line Preferred
