GI Hospitalist Needed in GA (Willing to license - IMLC)

Support Staff: Solo coverage. 1 APP

Schedule Details:
• 7a-7p; will consider a minimum of 3 of these weeks listed as privs process is lengthy.

August 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10,11
August 12, 13, 14, 15, 16
September 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
October 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20
October 28, 29, 30, 31, Nov 1, 2, 3
November 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17
November 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, Dec 1
December 20, 21, 22
December 30,31

Work Details:
• Facility Type: Hospital
• EMR/Charting Software: Epic
• Avg. Daily volume: About 3-5 cases per day, overall service has 20-30 consults but MD does NOT attend.
• Patient Age Group: mostly adult
• Procedures: ERCP and EUS required

Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d
• State License(s): no-IMLC eligible only
• Certifications: BC
• DEA Req’d?: yes
• Years of Experience Req’d: 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days; temps could be granted but they can take 60+ days.

Willing To License?: only if IMLC eligible
