About the clinician's workday
Providers are expected to work 12-hour shifts covering all shift types (days, nights, and swing) and provide coverage across four facilities. Responsibilities include inpatient care with cross-covering, admitting, and rounding as part of hospitalist duties. The ICU is open, with intensivist support, and APPs available in the ICU at night.
