Location: Town in Northern California known as the "Trails Capital of California." With over 300 days of sunshine, it's the 2nd sunniest city in the U.S. Facility: A 266-bed hospital offering comprehensive health care services Opportunity: Inpatient Required procedures: pediatric resuscitation, intubation and lumbar punctures April 11-14 (ending 15th 7am) Average Number of admissions per day? 4 (3-5) pediatric patients and 7 (3-15) newborn/nursery patients Compensation: Holiday (1.5x the regular rate) Call back (Must match hourly) - "Per hour of patient contact, after gratis hours completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms" 24 Hour call (must include 4 hours gratis) - "Per 24 hours to hold the pager to include 4 hours gratis" Orientation (half the hourly rate, kicks in after 8 hours) - "Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours."
