population in California. Our dedicated team is committed to meeting the unique healthcare needs of older adults by delivering personalized care in the comfort of their Nursing Facilities. As we expand our services across Northern CA, we are seeking exceptional Doctors, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistant to join our team and make a significant impact on the lives of our valued patients in Eureka, CA.

As a Practitioner at HouseCall MD, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and comprehensive geriatric care. Collaborating with our experienced medical director, you will manage an adult patient panel, offering episodic, chronic, acute, counseling, and preventive care.
This flexible position requires you to visit patients in 4 facilities in the city, ensuring they receive high quality care tailored to their individual needs. You make your own hours, and we are very flexible.
