Job description

Start Date: October, for ongoing (6+ month) coverage.

Contract Length: 6-months to start, with possibility to extend if need is ongoing

Credentialing Timeframe: ~90-120 days

Practice Setting: Medical Oncology Clinic

Schedule: Monday - Friday clinic 8:00AM-5:00PM, on call 1 week per month. PRN inpatient coverage.

Support staff: RN, MA, Office Specialist

Patients per day: 16

Patient population/age: 18+

EMR: Epic

Additional Requirements:
■ Board Certification
■ Active OH license -or- willing to license in Ohio
