50% Hematology, 50% Oncology
Mon-Fri, 8a-5p

Looking for one Hem Onc provider to work in our outpatient clinic in southern WA for the following dates:

Shifts needed are Monday-Friday, 8a-5p, no call.
Last two weeks of Feb (2/17-28)
First two weeks of April (3/31-4/11)
Last two weeks of May (5/19-30)
Last two weeks of June (6/16-6/27)
We'll also have ongoing PTO coverage needs through 2025.

REQUIRED:
WA state license; active, unrestricted
Board Certified
BLS

COMPENSATION:
