• Required: CLL, lymphoma, acute leukemias, MDS and benign hematology
• Patients per day: 16, 2 new consults
• EMR: EPIC

• Mon, Wed, Thurs, Friday – Clinic
• Required: CLL, lymphoma, acute leukemias, MDS and benign hematology
• Patients per day: 10-15
• 100% Adult, 50% Hematology, 50% Oncology

Required:
• WA license; active and unrestricted or IMLC
• BC/BE
• BLS, DEA
