Coverage Type: M-F 8 hr shifts
Schedule: Looking for one provider to cover a family leave from 1/13/2025-3/10/2025. No clinic on Tuesday

· Support staff: Yes
· EMR: Epic
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification Required
· Will License
· Certifications required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
