18, 19: Clinic
20, 21: 24-hour call
August:
15, 16: Clinic
17, 18: 24-hour call
September:
19, 20: Clinic
21, 22: 24-hour call
October:
17, 18: Clinic
19, 20: 24-hour call
November:
11, 12, 13, 14, 15: Clinic
16, 17: 24-hour call
December:
19, 20: Clinic
21, 22: 24-hour call
Work Details:

Support Staff: 1 physician and 1 APP, including support for infusion therapy and an MA or RN
Department Description: 1 physician and 1 APP see patients in clinic and round in hospital. APP assists with patient care and answers questions regarding infusion, etc.
EMR: Epic
Hospital Bed Size: 90
Practice Setting: Hospital and Outpatient Infusion Clinic

Requirements:

Board Certification: Board Certified in Oncology
License Required: Ohio license
Credentialing Timeframe: Emergency privileges available; 90+ days for full credentialing
