Job Title: Hematology/Oncology Physician (MD)
Location: North Carolina
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a 1:2 call rotation

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Hematology/Oncology Physician (MD) to join a hospital-based team in North Carolina. This role includes both scheduled clinic hours and call coverage, offering the opportunity to manage a consistent patient load while collaborating with a skilled support team. The physician will work primarily with adult patients aged 18+

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in a hospital setting
Manage an average daily census of 15-20 patients, with 2-3 new patient cases per day
Utilize EPIC EMR for charting and documentation
Support Staff:

Registered Nurses (RNs) and scheduling support
Requirements:

Board Certification: Required in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology
License: Active NC state license required
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years as an Oncology Physician
Certifications: Certification in Hematology and Medical Oncology preferred. Physicians certified in Medical Oncology with extensive hematology experience are also considered.

Call Schedule: 1:2 rotation
Vaccination Requirement: Mandatory
