A hospital-based cancer center is seeking a hematologist/oncologist for locum tenens coverage.
About the facility location
Bronx, New York is the birthplace of hip-hop culture. Its also home to some major attractions including the Bronx Museum of the Arts, the oldest public golf course in the country (Van Cortlandt), Edgar Allan Poe Cottage, Americas first zoo, and NYCs sprawling botanical gardens.
About the clinician's workday
There will be outpatient with some inpatient. The clinician will be covering clinic, rounding, and call. The schedule is Monday - Friday with 8-hour shifts. The EMR system is EPIC. A BC in medical oncology at a minimum and an NY license are required.
