Job description

Facility Information:
- Outpatient, Clinic
- EMR: Epic

Start Date:
- ASAP (or as soon as credentialed) – ongoing (6 month Contract, possibility for extension)

Schedule:
-M-F, 8a-5p, 40 hours, outpatient clinic
- Full time OR 2 weeks per month


Details:
- 20 Patients per day
- Medical Oncology, Infusion Coverage required

• Board Certification: Hem/Onc or ONC, Active Minnesota License Required
