Job Title: Hematology/Oncology Physician (MD)

Shift Details: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week (100% outpatient clinic)

Work Details: Primarily outpatient clinic focused. There may be potential for patient consults in the future, but immediate coverage is needed in the clinic.

Support Staff: Another physician (3-4 days per week), 2 Advanced Practice Providers (1 experienced, 1 newer to Oncology)

Patients per Day: Average of 14-16 patients per day

Patient Population/Age: Adults only (primarily 40-70 years old)

EMR: Meditech (experience preferred)

Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic

Requirements:

Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology
State Medical License: Must have IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) or Kentucky license
Minimum Experience: 2 years' experience in Hematology/Oncology
DEA Registration required
Credentialing Timeframe: Temporary credentialing in 2-3 weeks (pending clean history and IMLC license)

Licensing: Willing to license candidates with IMLC

Travel: Travel expenses approved including flight, rental car, and lodging
