Job Title: Hematology/Oncology Physician (MD)
Location: California
Schedule: Full-time, 6 shifts per week, totaling 24 shifts per month

Position Overview:
We are seeking a board-certified Hematology/Oncology Physician to provide outpatient care for county patients at a dynamic and diverse clinic in California. This role offers the opportunity to manage various hematologic and oncologic cases, focusing on serving underserved populations.

Position Details:
Patient Volume: 8 patients per half-day clinic session
Patient Population: Primarily Spanish-speaking patients, as well as a significant African American and Asian American patient population

Clinical Focus:
Common oncology cases include breast, lung, and colon cancers
Common hematology cases include anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, MGUS, and other benign conditions
Bone marrow biopsies (optional, as IR can perform them)
Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic

Requirements:
Board Certification: Required in Hematology/Oncology
License: Active CA license required
DEA: Required
Experience: Minimum of 2 years required, with 4 years strongly preferred
Language Skills: Spanish fluency is strongly preferred but not required
