Hem/Onc Physician needed in AZ

Job description

-Schedule: M-Th 8-5, Fri 8-12 ASAP ongoing
-No call
-Patients per day: up to 15
-Clinic coverage but may get hospital consults
-No Procedures
-Typical cases: We treat pretty much everything, although our lung cancers have been going to Phx. because we don’t have Pulmonologist right now.
-Hem/Onc ratio mix: Hem 30%, Onc 70%
-Clinical support: 2 APPs, Rad Onc, Infusion Center onsite, MAs
-The need is full time but they will accept multiple providers to cover. Provider must be able to offer at least 1 week per month
-EMR: Allscripts
-Credentialing time frame: 60-90 days
-Minimum experience required: 3 years. We see some pretty complex patients so the more experience the better.
-Prefer BC, but will vet a BE
-IMLC accepted
-$1200 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
