Start Date: Decemeber 2024 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3-6 months with option for extension
Schedule: Full time; ideally Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:30p, flexible

Ohio License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
