NP/PA Oncology Opportunity in Waycross, GA

Job description

• Ideal Start Date: 8/19/2024
• Support staff: Patient Support Specialists, Utilization Management, Financial Counselors, MA, Chemo nurses, pharm tech with backup remote pharmacist support, 2 other APPs on site, triage nurse
• Coverage Type: 8am-5p (I hour lunch)
• Schedule Details: Monday-Friday; fulltime
Work Details:
• Facility Type: Outpatient Cancer Center
• Practice Setting: Community
• EMR/Charting Software: ONCO; Charting: Dragon or type directly into EMR which is ONCO via pre-built note templates
• Avg. Daily Census: 15-20
• Patient Age Group: Adult
• Procedures: No procedures. No bone Marrow. Seeing office visits only; both Oncology/Hematology
Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d
• State License(s): Preferred
• Certifications: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: about 90-120 days
Willing To License?: yes; but not preferred
