Hem/Onc APP needed in Oregon City, OR! Licensing opportunity! $95/hour +travel!

Job description

• Start date: 12/01/2024
• Support staff: There may be a day when MD support is off site. Infusion RNs will come to PA/NP with questions regarding patients actively getting infusion treatments. 2 MD, 4 MA, Infusion room with 4 RN, Pharmacy, Lab, Social Worker
• Coverage Type: We are looking for one provider to cover 4 days a week 10 hour shifts. It is a full time need so right now would prefer to find someone to cover all of it, but if that proves to be challenging we will consider 2 providers.
• Schedule Details: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Work Details:
• EMR/Charting Software: epic
• Avg. Daily Census: 12
• Beds: 10 exam rooms, 143 beds
• Patient Age Group: adults
Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: BE/BC
• State License(s): OR, but willing to wait for licensure ( usually takes about 5-6 weeks)
• Certifications: BLS
• DEA Req’d?: yes
• Years of Experience Req’d: Providers must have oncology experience and we do prefer AOCNP certification.
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• No weekends or call
